Over the years I’ve had many family, friends, acquaintances, and sometimes even complete strangers ask me all kinds of things related to their health. Some I can help with and some seem to come from way out in left field. Either way, I love hearing these things and potentially being part of the solution to a personal puzzle. If I can capture one question, help solve one problem, and expand that to a larger audience, it brings me joy. So hit me with it and if I can add insight, I will!
